I've seen many of these things, and although it is pretty funny, it's sad in the sense that you would think someone would at least proofread the English.
For example, the one about water literally says something like, "Conserve use water." It should actually say something to the effect like, "Conserve the use of water" or simply "Conserve water."
There's another site out there with more examples, mainly coming from Japan. I'll have to find it.
